As team lead of a strategic business unit, I spent two years building, managing and leading a new team that worked in claims and service for one of the global players in the insurance industry. The promise of performance could thus be experienced by the customer.

I have put my wealth of knowledge on a solid foundation and I am now a certified quality manager and quality auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt.

About me

As a participant in the trainee program at the market leader in insurance, I was familiar with management tasks early on during my technical and sales training. This included the preparation and implementation of assessment centers and specialist training.

In my assignments as district manager and customer advisor in several agencies, I have shown myself responsible for advertising measures in planning, organization and implementation in addition to the classic broad business and the pension concept in particular. This was due to my previous experience of several years in advertising agencies, in which I worked with international clients.

Through my studies and the associated qualification as a Bachelor Professional of Insurance and Finance with a focus on life insurance and company pension schemes, I have been able to significantly expand and apply my knowledge in these areas. I was also able to supplement my managerial responsibility with my course and examination to become a trainer according to AEVO (Instructor certificate for apprentice).
